What is distance therapy?
Distance therapy or teletherapy brings you the healing of in-person therapy in the comfort of your own home. Using a HIPAA compliant video platform through either Simple Practice or doxy.me, we can work towards your goals!

Can you work with me in _____ state?
Due to ethical and licensing limitations, I am only able to work with people who live in New Jersey and Texas for therapy and counseling services. However, these limitations do not apply to life coaching services.

How can I get started and book an initial consult?
Using the contact form, you can send me an email and we can schedule your initial consultation! If you would like we can also set up a quick call (up to 15 minutes) to review your goals and see if we will be the right fit for each other!

What forms of payment do you accept?
I can take Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover as well as HSA or FSA cards! We use Stripe and Ivy Pay to process transactions!

Do you take my insurance?
For clients residing in NEW JERSEY and TEXAS I am accepting Aetna, Cigna, Optum, BCBS of NJ, BCBS of MA, and United Healthcare!
In TEXAS, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of TX, Oscar, and Oxford insurances.
I do not offer Out of Network services, but I offer private pay for those who don’t have the above insurances!

What do I do if I, or someone I love is experiencing a mental health crisis?
If you, or someone you love is experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please go to your local emergency room, call 911, or 988. You can also contact your local mobile response services.

Notice to Consumers – Texas Mental Health Services
In accordance with Texas law (House Bill 4224 and Section 181.105 of the Texas Health and Safety Code), the following information is provided to help consumers understand their rights and available resources.
Requesting Your Health Care Records
You have the right to request a copy of your mental health records. To request your records, please submit a written request to your treating clinician or to the practice directly. Requests may be made via email, secure client portal, or in writing. Records will be provided in accordance with Texas law and applicable privacy regulations.
